  • Safety and Risk Awareness: We prioritise the safety of all participants and promise to guide students through activities in the safest manner possible. However, participants and parents must recognise that sports programs inherently involve some risk of injury. It is essential for all participants to follow safety rules and instructions provided by the instructors to ensure their well-being.
  • Waiver and Release of Claims: By registering a minor child in this class, you agree to waive and release any claims for injuries that may occur during the course of this activity. We request that parents carefully read and understand this waiver and release of claims.
  • Assumption of Risk: Participation in this activity carries certain physical injury risks, and all participants agree to accept these risks willingly.
  • Release of Liability: Participants hereby release and discharge completely Lima Dance Academy from any claims or liabilities that may arise from participation in this activity.
  • Emergency Authorisation: In the event of any medical emergency, I authorise Lima Dance Academy to inform me immediately and to seek necessary medical attention, including contacting a licensed physician and/or medical personnel as deemed necessary. I agree to be responsible for any and all medical expenses incurred.
  • Media Release: I grant full permission for the free use of any photographs, videotapes, films, or recordings taken during this event for legitimate purposes, such as promotional materials or documentation.
